The rules that govern your use of our website and recruitment services

1. Agreement Between You and Us

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Nexus Global HR ("we", "us", "our"), a registered overseas recruitment consultancy based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. They govern your use of our website www.nexusglobalhr.com and all recruitment services we offer.

By visiting our website, creating an account, submitting a job application, subscribing to our newsletter, or engaging with our services in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Disclaimer.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our website and services.

2. Definitions

  • "Candidate" means any individual who registers, submits a resume, or applies for a job through our platform.
  • "Employer" means any foreign or domestic company that partners with us to hire candidates.
  • "Services" means our overseas recruitment, visa assistance, documentation support, HR consultancy, and pre-departure orientation offerings.
  • "Platform" means our website, mobile-optimised pages, and any related digital services operated by Nexus Global HR.
  • "Content" means all text, images, videos, job listings, and other material on our Platform.

3. Eligibility to Use Our Services

To register or apply for jobs through Nexus Global HR, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
  • Hold a valid Indian passport (or be in the process of obtaining one) if applying for overseas placements.
  • Provide truthful, accurate, and current information about yourself, your qualifications, and your work experience.
  • Comply with all applicable Indian laws and the immigration laws of the destination country.
  • Meet any additional eligibility criteria specified for individual job openings.

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service to anyone who does not meet these requirements or who provides false information.

4. What Our Services Include

Nexus Global HR provides the following services to eligible candidates:

  • Job matching: connecting your profile with suitable openings across the Gulf, UK, Europe, and Southeast Asia
  • Resume screening and profile optimisation to improve your chances of shortlisting
  • Interview coordination between you and prospective employers
  • Visa and work permit guidance in accordance with the Emigration Act 1983 and destination-country immigration rules
  • Documentation support for passport, attestation, medicals, and Protector of Emigrants (POE) clearance
  • Pre-departure orientation covering cultural adaptation, work-permit compliance, and airport formalities
  • Ongoing communication via SMS, WhatsApp, email, and phone regarding your application status

The scope of services actually delivered depends on your job placement, the employer's requirements, and applicable regulations.

5. Our Zero-Fee Policy for Candidates

Nexus Global HR follows a strict zero-fee recruitment model for candidates. In line with the Emigration Act 1983 and Ministry of External Affairs guidelines:

  • We do not charge candidates any registration, service, placement, or success fee for overseas job placement.
  • Our fees are paid by the employer, in accordance with prevailing recruitment regulations.
  • Candidates are, however, responsible for their own actual out-of-pocket costs such as passport, medical examination, visa stamping fee (where applicable), attestation, air ticket (unless the employer covers it), and travel insurance.
Beware of Fraud: If anyone claiming to represent Nexus Global HR asks you for money as a "fee", "processing charge", "guarantee amount", or similar — that person is not authorised by us. Please report the incident immediately to our Grievance Officer at hr@nexusglobalhr.com.

6. Candidate Responsibilities

When you use our Platform or engage our Services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in your resume, application, and all communications
  • Keep your contact details up to date so we can reach you regarding opportunities
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and not share them with anyone
  • Attend scheduled interviews and follow through with commitments made to employers
  • Comply with all requirements of the destination country (visa, medical fitness, police clearance)
  • Complete pre-departure formalities within timelines communicated by us or the employer
  • Notify us immediately if you accept another offer or withdraw from the recruitment process
  • Behave professionally in all interactions with our staff, partners, and prospective employers

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of information you submit. Providing false information may result in immediate account termination and disqualification from all current and future opportunities.

7. Your Account

When you create an account with us:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or suspected security breach
  • You accept responsibility for all activities carried out under your account
  • You must not share your account with, or transfer it to, another person
  • We may suspend or delete inactive accounts after 3 years without prior notice

We use Google reCAPTCHA v3, session tokens, and other security measures to protect your account. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Content and Job Listing Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to keep the content on our website — including job listings, salary ranges, visa requirements, and country information — up to date and accurate. However:

  • Job openings can change or be withdrawn by employers without prior notice
  • Immigration rules and visa fees are set by the destination country's government and can change at any time
  • Salary figures shown are indicative; actual compensation depends on the employer's final offer
  • Country-specific information on our site is for general guidance only and is not a substitute for official government sources

Before making major decisions, we encourage you to verify current information with the relevant embassy or consular office.

9. No Guarantee of Placement

While we work hard to match every candidate with the best possible opportunity, we cannot — and do not — guarantee:

  • That you will receive a job offer or interview call
  • The final salary, benefits, working conditions, or duration of employment offered by the employer
  • That any specific visa, work permit, or emigration clearance will be granted by the destination government
  • The timeframe within which a placement will be completed
  • The outcome of any recruitment process, medical examination, or background verification

Employment decisions are made solely by the employer based on their internal criteria. Immigration decisions are made by the relevant government authority. Nexus Global HR acts as a facilitator, not as an issuing authority for jobs or visas.

10. Prohibited Uses of the Platform

When using our website or services, you must not:

  • Submit false, fake, or forged documents (resume, certificates, passport, police clearance)
  • Register multiple accounts to manipulate applications
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape data or submit applications
  • Attempt to bypass Google reCAPTCHA, CSRF protection, or other security features
  • Impersonate any other person, employer, or entity
  • Post threatening, obscene, or discriminatory content
  • Upload files containing viruses, malware, or malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, database, or other users' accounts
  • Use our platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
  • Solicit, market, or advertise unrelated products or services to our users

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account termination and may lead to legal action.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on nexusglobalhr.com — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, icons, page layouts, and software — is the property of Nexus Global HR or its licensors, and is protected by Indian copyright law, trademark law, and international intellectual property treaties.

You may:

  • View, download, and print pages of the website for your personal, non-commercial use only

You may not:

  • Reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publish, sell, or lease any part of our content
  • Use our logo, brand name, or trademarks without our prior written consent
  • Frame or embed our pages on another website
  • Extract, replicate, or use our job listings for competing recruitment services

Content you submit — such as your resume — remains your intellectual property. By submitting it, you grant us a limited licence to use it for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Third-Party Websites and Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, or use third-party services such as:

  • Google reCAPTCHA for spam and abuse protection
  • Google Analytics for site usage measurement
  • Google AdSense for advertising
  • Employer career pages, embassy portals, and government websites
  • Social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Instagram)

These third parties operate under their own privacy policies and terms of service. We have no control over their content, availability, or practices, and we are not responsible for any interactions you have with them. We recommend reviewing each third party's terms before using their services.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexus Global HR and its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of our website or services
  • Loss of profits, income, opportunities, or business revenue
  • Loss or corruption of data, resumes, or documents
  • Interruption of service, downtime, or delays in communication
  • Employer conduct, including but not limited to salary disputes, contract breaches, working-condition issues, or termination decisions made by the employer
  • Visa denials or immigration decisions made by government authorities
  • Currency-exchange losses or tax implications abroad
  • Any conduct or content of third parties on or accessible through our website

Our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed INR 10,000 or the total fees you have actually paid to us in the past 12 months (whichever is lower).

Since we do not charge candidates any fees, the above liability cap is generally the applicable ceiling.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nexus Global HR, its directors, employees, agents, partners, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:

  • Your breach of these Terms or our Privacy Policy
  • Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
  • False or misleading information submitted by you
  • Your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of a third party
  • Any dispute between you and an employer or third party arising from our recruitment process

15. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if:

  • You violate any provision of these Terms
  • You submit false or misleading information
  • You engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful conduct
  • Your account remains inactive for over 3 years
  • Continued service becomes impractical due to legal, regulatory, or business reasons

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Certain provisions — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will survive termination.

You may also terminate your account at any time by writing to hr@nexusglobalhr.com.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, including but not limited to:

  • Indian Contract Act, 1872
  • Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made thereunder
  • Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023
  • Emigration Act, 1983
  • Consumer Protection Act, 2019

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida / Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Before initiating legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably through negotiation via our Grievance Officer.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, technology, or our services. When we do:

  • We update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
  • We notify registered users of material changes by email
  • For significant changes, we may display a notice on the homepage or ask you to re-accept the Terms on your next visit

Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using our services and, if desired, delete your account.
