Day-to-day tasks will involve:
- Overseeing daily site operations and workforce allocation
- Enforcing site safety protocols and PPE compliance
- Coordinating with subcontractors, consultants and client representatives
- Ensuring construction activities align with drawings and schedule
- Managing quality checks and rectification works

Requirements
The ideal candidate must meet the following:
- Prior Gulf or overseas working experience preferred
- Minimum 1+ Year of hands-on experience in a similar role
- Willingness to relocate to UAE on a long-term basis
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good spoken and written English communication skills
- Physically fit and medically clear (GAMCA medical arranged)
- Strong knowledge of industry-standard tools and procedures
